There is a 1100-square meter mobile home insurance office in Houston. We are located at the intersection of two busy highways and are located in a belting center, between a beauty salon and a large barber shop. The air quality is not so good, so air filters are operated for 24 hours.
After reading some of the feedback and comparing the prices, we had to replace an air purifier and selected the Multi-Tech Intell-Pro XJ 3800. The XJ 3800 has a $ 299 list, but I found it online for $ 213, including a spare HEPA filter and UV bulb.
The unit is rated 600 square meters, but there is another brand unit. The two units together do a very good job. The Intelli-Pro cleanser is very hi-tech and has 7 cleaning grades. These include a washable pre-filter, a washable electrostatic dust collector, an activated carbon filter, a HEPA filter, a TiO2 filter, a germicidal UV lamp, and an ionizer. This is the most modern and fairly effective. The fan has 4 levels and is only slightly noisy at the highest speed. There is an automatic feature where the device speeds up when the air is dirty and then slows when the air is cleaner. Filters have a good service life and replacement cost is about $ 44 for modifying HEPA filters and UV bulbs. The XJ 3800 also has indicators that show how much air is dirty and when each filter needs to be cleaned or replaced.
I think this air purifier is a great value for a small office or home use. The only thing I do not like is that cleaning and maintenance are somewhat complicated (do not drop the manual because you need to learn how to maintain it!).
